Puttur: A 22-year-old youth lost life in a bike-tanker collision at Golithottu on national highway 75 here on Friday, April 22.
Shivananda from Valalu Karimbithilu in Bajathur village is the deceased.

The accident occured when the victim was on his way to attend a temple programme in Kuthrady-Harpala. The biker after being hit by the tanker was rushed to hospital but he breathed his last on the way.

The body has been kept at Uppinangady government hospital.
