Mangaluru: Amid Hijab row, Youth Congress National spokesperson Suraiyya Anjum got threatening calls regarding her statements to media.

She had said that eventhough I am born in Muslim community, I am an Indian, and hence I give more importance to education than Hijab.

This statement has garnered severe hatred towards Anjum with her receiving several threat calls from unknown numbers. She has lodged a complaint against the same.
