Student union led by CFI protest MU’s move to invite Kalladka Bhat as guest

Mangaluru: The Campus Front of India (CFI) and other student unions protested against Mangalore University’s decision to invite RSS Leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat for the inauguration of a students’ council.

The protesting students were later detained on Wednesday March 30. The students were heard raising slogans ‘Go Back Prabhakar Bhat.

Despite the furore, the inaugural programme went on as scheduled on Wednesday and saw the participation of Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat.
