Student of college in Mangalore arrested in Kerala for cheating bank

Kasargod : A BBM student  of a college in Mangalore and who hailed from Ulloor in Tiruvananthapuram  in Kerala has been arrested by the police on the charges of cheating banks by availing loans after creating bank accounts in fake names. According to reports he is learnt to have cheated some people and banks to the tune of nearly Rs 3 lakh.

Fazil (19) it is learnt misused the driving licence of one  Abdul Zunair Muneer from Hosangady  and availed educational loans from banks. Reports said he even issued an ad on internet stating that hi-end mobile phones were on sale. It is reported that some people from Bangalore and Mysore were cheated after they who were lured by the advertisements, had  credited cash into Fazil’s account. But when the mobile phone was not in sight, they had lodged a case of cheating.

Muneer whose driving licence Fazil had misused was first arrested by the police. Interrogations of Muneer brought to fore the misdeeds of Fazil who was eventually arrested.
