Kasargod: A student was allegedly attacked and injured by a gang at Chattanchal Pallathungal near Kasargod on Wednesday, March 30.

Mohammed Araf (20), a resident of Chattanchal Pallathungal was walking home on Wednesday night when a gang armed with swords came by jeep, waylaid and attacked him.

He was admitted to the General hospital.

Sources said that some dispute between Araf and the gang lead to the attack.
