Mangaluru: Srinivas University, Mangaluru has decided to confer an honorary doctorate on Pejawar Seer Vishveshathirtha Swamiji for his contributions to the field of social reforms and spirituality.

The doctorate would be conferred on the seer on February 15, during the convocation and graduation ceremony by Rajiv Gandhi Health Sciences University Vice-Chancellor Dr S Sachidananda.

The various institutions under Srinivas University will be celebrating Founder’s Day on February 14.
