Mangaluru: The members of South Kanara Photographers Association of the Dakshina Kannada and Udupi disitrict, on September 17 called on the new Bishop of Mangalore Diocese, Most Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha at the Bishop’s house, Kodialbail, Mangaluru to felicitate and congratulate him.
