Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, a 28-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in a commercial complex at Balmatta here on Monday, June 25.

Deceased has been identified as Ankith Rane, son of a police constable Padmaiah Rane, employed in district police control room in the city.

Ankith was employed in a Chartered Accountant’s office. He had attended the office early in the morning and committed suicide in the storeroom later.

Kadri Police have registered the case.
