Mangalore: With the aim to uplift education Cultural Organization (KCO), Abu Dhabi in association with Samanvaya Mangalore distributed 170 student scholarships in a programme held at Bendore church hall here on Sunday August 17.

The president of KCO Valerian Dalmaida welcomed the dignitaries.

Delivering the presidential speech that noted educationist Harekala Hajabba said that the children must make use of this opportunity and study well. He further said that education is very important all students should study well and reach their goals.

Leo Rodrigues, Builder Naveen Cardoza and Rohan R Monteiro, MD of Rohan Corporation also spoke on the occasion.

Vote of thanks was given by KCO general secretary Leena D’Souza. Fr Ronald Cutinho, director of Samanvaya was the master of ceremony.
