Mangalore: ABVP activist B Sc final year student Sandesh K L was elected as president of Mangalore University (MU) College students union.


The student activists representing ABVP, NSUI and CFI contested in the elections for students union. Meanwhile, ABVP activist won the elections by 26 seats out of a total 31. NSUI faced utter defeat by securing a mere 5 seats. CFI did not get a single vote. The elections indeed proved the patriotism of our nation.
B A final year student Mahesh Raj elected as secretary. B A final year student elected as fine arts secretary. BBM final year student Shweta elected as joint secretary. B Com final year student Pavitra elected as fine arts joint secretary.
ABVP state secretary Ramesh K, city secretary Yatish Kumar P, past students union presidents Guruprasad, Tejas and Yashodara congratulated the newly-elected office bearers.
