Mangaluru: The first additional sessions court here in the city has refused to give permission for the narco analysis of the prime accused Naresh Shenoy in the Vinayak Baliga murder case.

This is the second time the court has declined permission for the narco test of the accused. Earlier investigating officer of the case had approached second first class court for the permission, which was rejected.

This time, Vinayak Baliga’s father, Ramachandra Baliga’s petition was heard by the court before rejecting it. Asha Nayak, the lawyer for the petitioner has said that they would re-appeal in the high court.
