Mangaluru: Naresh Shenoy, the prime accused in the RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case who was arrested on June 26, was produced in the court on Monday, June 27.

Ravish Nayak, police inspector, Urwa police station escorted Shenoy. The special investigation officer of the murder case, ACP Tilak Chandra produced him in the 3rd JMFC court.
Shenoy was subjected to a medical test at District Wenlock hospital before he was brought to the court. He has been sent to police custody till June 30.
Vinayak Baliga was murdered on the morning of March 21 this year. Six persons were earlier arrested in connection to the case. The main conspirator and prime accused Naresh Shenoy was arrested on June 26, putting an end to his three month long run.
