Mangaluru: RSS leader Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat along with his wife Dr. Kamala Bhat took part in Dasara Mahastova held at Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Temple.

Veteran Congress leader, former union minister B Janardhana Poojary welcomed the duo to the temple.

Prabhakar Bhat who came to Kudroli along with few devotees offered prayers to Goddess Sharadha Devi. From the past five years Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat has been visiting the temple in Kudroli.

He exchanged greetings with Janardhana Poojary in the temple complex. It is also learnt that Poojary regretted the state government’s decision of withdrawing financial grant provided to Kalladka school by Kollur Temple.

Harikrishna Bantwal and former BJP leader Shrikar Prabhu were also present during the occasion.
