Mangaluru: A rowdy sheeter was killed on the eve of Christmas, in the city at Valencia.

The victim is 25-year-old Merlic D’Souza, a resident of Gorigudde. He was identified with rowdy shelter Monkey Stand Vijay gang.

It is said that two gangs fought it out near Valencia on Sunday late night in which Merlic succumbed to severe machete injuries.

Pandeshwar police have registered a case.
