Right wing outfits to stage stir against Pejawar seer on July 2

Mangaluru: Sri Rama Sene, which was furious over Pejawar Math Seer holding Ifthar meet at Udupi Krishna Temple, has decided to start a protest at Lalbaugh, Mangaluru on July 2.

The stir against the Seer will be jointly held by Sri Rama Sene along with Akhila Bharathiya Hindu Mahasabha and Sanathana Hindu Janajagruthi Samithi.

Praveen Walke, State chief Secretary of Sri Rama Sene raking up the Ayodhya issue, in which Pejawar Swamiji participated from the front and also mobilised people from coastal belt said, “After the issue of Ramajanabhoomi, several people have lost their lives, several women became widows, several mothers lost their children. After sowing poision now he is organizing Ifthar for political gains.”

Walke opined that steps of harmony must be taken from two sides. “Let him now make efforts to hold Bhajan inside a Mosque, ” he challenged.

State spokesperson of Akhila Bharathiya Hindu Mahasabha Dharmendra demanded the Seer to step down from his position.

Office-bearers of the organisations were present.
