Rahul Gandhi to visit Kasaragod on May 12

Kasaragod: Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to visit Kasargod on Thursday, May 12.

He would be addressing an Aikya Ranga rally at Chattanchaal of Uduma assembly constituency on Thursday at 5 pm.

The Congress scion would be first participating in a program at Kozhikode after which he will arrive in a helicopter which will land at Periya Central University helipad. He will travel by road to Chattanchaal.

The rally will be attended by Kerala Chief Minister Oommen chandy, KPCC President V M Sudheeran, AICC Chief Secretary Mukul Vasnik, Minister Ramesh Chennitthal and other Aikya Ranga candidates.

Rahul Gandhi after the rally will board a flight back to Delhi from Mangaluru airport.

District police has informed that security has been increased in all the areas and by afternoon, there will be some temporary diversion in routes as well.
