Puttur: After six lakh entries from across Karnataka, and several rounds of interviews, a Puttur lass has finally made it onto the coveted list of participants on season six of Bigg Boss Kannada.

Reema Larissa Dias, a software engineer at a noted company in Bengaluru and daughter of Richard Dias (a noted businessman in Puttur) and Latha Gladis Tauro, a teacher, is the lucky star from the Dakshina Kannada district. She was even introduced by superstar Kiccha Suddep as “Puttur da muttu” (pearl of Puttur).

“We had no clue that Reema was chosen from among the lakhs of applicants who sent their entries through the Voot app in July. The organizers themselves informed us about her selection. We were over the moon,” said her brother, Royal Dias, who is also an employee in Bengaluru.

Reema is a talented artist and singer. She has also been an anchor at many events held in Puttur.
