Mangalore:Peoples Union for Civil Liberties-Karnataka (PUCL) has organized a public function,where in the people get to meet personally the National Office Bearers Of PUCL.

Discussions on Present Human Rights Situation in India and the Fate of Democracy,Role of Citizens and PUCL in the Present Senario will be held on 14th september at 4.30pm at Jathanna Hall at Mission Compound Balmatta.
