Mangaluru: Mangaluru North MLA Bharat Shetty on Saturday May 15 took to task the officials under the constituency after the public alleged illegal dealings in fair price ration shop in Kavoor here while distributing ration.

The locals complained to the MLA that the concerned were hoarding the rations that they received to distribute to the people with the improper distribution. MLA cane down heavily on the guilty and said that such illegality will not be tolerated. And that it does not augur well in the time of the Covid – 19 situations.

MLA stressed on the spot to the authorities to take firm action against the guilty. He was accompanied by a local corporation member Gayathri Rao.
