Sullia: A scarf issue was raked up in a college in Sullia, but thanks to alert college management, the issue was prevented from taking a face of a crisis.

It is said that during a group photo session in a college here, a student was reportedly asked by the faculty to remove her head scarf.

Large number of students staged protest outside the college against the same, when the student informed about it to others.

However, with the Sullia police and the Principal holding a talk with the students, the matter was solved, before the situation went out of control.

The College assured the students that such incidents will not recur in future.
