Mangaluru: The police are yet to trace two first year pre-university students of a private college in the city who went missing on February 1.

According to a complaint lodged with Bundar police station, a 16-year-old girl and her 17-year-old classmate, attended the classes on Monday but didnot return home.

While one girl is a resident of Chilimbi, the other is from Surathkal, both studying in first year PU (commerce).

The police could not locate the students as they were not carrying mobile phones. However, Police Commissioner M. Chandra Sekhar has formed a special team to trace the two girls.
