Speaking to Newskarnataka, Dr. Nagaraj, Health Officer, Mysuru City Corporation said, “On day two, Tuesday, we planned to clear the garbage at secondary points that is where it is dumped. Everyday, including door to door collection, on an average 400 to 410 tonnes of garbage is collected. As of now there is no serious problem but if protest continues further, then we may need to take alternate measures.”
