Mangaluru: Bishop of Mangaluru Diocese Most Rev Peter Paul Saldanha condoled the death of Pejawar Mutt’s pontiff, Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji on Sunday, December 29.

Offering a heartfelt condolence to the demise of  Swamiji,  the Bishop informed that he was a great religious leader who strove relentlessly for the betterment of the society. He also prayed to God to grant him eternal rest.

The 89-year-old seer died on Sunday after being the hospital for several day owing to respiratory complications.
