Mangaluru: Another person from the Dakshina Kannada district is suspected to have tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, April 29 evening.

According to highly placed sources, the person hails from Matadakani in Boloor.

However, an official announcement in this regard has not yet been made by the Dakshina Kannada district administration.

It can be recalled that the district currently has seven active COVID-19 cases and has reported two deaths.

The state has reported a total of 534 cases as of 5 PM on Wednesday.
