Mangaluru: People are the most impactful asset of businesses. HR professionals are advocating strategic initiatives that recognize ever-changing human needs and boost business productivity. The HR professionals are driving important conversations in the workplace related to operations and the betterment of the workplace for all.

The role of an HR professional encompasses a wide spectrum of activities — from the recruiting and onboarding processes to moulding an organization’s culture and values, shaping its leadership, employee management and administration, executing employee performance analysis, taking care of the employees ‘training and development to various risk and crisis management.

In today’s complex business environment HR networks perform an invaluable role from providing mutual support to accessing resources, knowledge, and continuing education. HR is complex and ever-changing. Networking helps them understand how others have tackled the challenges they face. It also helps increase the ability to deliver the best possible HR service. Keeping this in mind the NIPM Mangaluru chapter is organizing a mega event – HR CONNECT 2023 for the professionals of Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development domains on 22 July 2023 from 6.30 PM onwards at Hotel A J Grand, Mangaluru.

At the event, Jamestin K S, Former Director (HR & BD/JV) ONGC Limited will be the Keynote speaker.

V. Kulkarni, National President NIPM and Chandra Shekar Shetty, Director, Yashas Management Solutions, Bengaluru will be the Chief Guests. Steevan Pinto, Chairman NIPM Mangalore Chapter will preside.

This programme also will witness the rolling out of activities of NIPM Mangalore Chapter for the years  2023 – 24 and 2024 – 25.
