NABARD CGM interacts with weavers trained by Kadike Trust

: Chief General Manager, Nabard Karnataka T Ramesh recently visited Talipady weavers society at Kinnigoli. Kadike Trust had organised Weavers Skill Development Training program with Nabard Sapport as part of its efforts for Revival of Udupi Saree weaving.
He personally interacted with weavers and discussed about the various issues faced by them. Mamatha Rai President Kadike Trust briefed about the revival work by the Trust to the CGM. CGM appreciated Kadike Trust for giving wage compensation to the newly trained weavers.
Later in a meeting he gave information about various Nabard programs to weavers and apreciated the Revival Efforts of Kadike Trust and assured about Nabards full support to the future projects of Kadike Trust. Sangeetha Kartha. D D M Nabard D K, Udupi was present on the occasion.
Chikkappa Shetty, Secretary Kadike Trust compered the function, Madhava Shettigar M D, Talipady Weavers Society gave vote of Thanks. Senior weavers and Newly trained weavers were present on the occasion.
