Mangaluru: The Muhurtha for Tulu movie “Umil” being produced under the banner of “Bhavani Film Makers” will held at Kavooru Mahalingeshwara Temple at around 8:30 am on September 3.

Director Ranjith Suvarna said that for the first time in the Tulu film industry advanced graphic technology was being used in this movie. In this big budget movie, omedian Umesh Mijar will play a lead role. Tulu industry actors Pooja Shetty, Navin D Padil, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sathish Bandale, Deepak Rai, Chethan Rai, Prakash Tuminad, Sanam Amin, Vineeth and Soumya are also part of the movie.

“Ravi Basruru and Reshal Shai will provide background music and Keerthan Bhandary and Prashanth have written the lyrics. Cinematography will be by Pawan Karkera and E S Eshwara will edit this movie”, he said.

The film will be shot in thirty days in Mangaluru, Belthangady, Nitte, Kinnigoli, Belman and vicinity of the city.

Pawan Karkera, Swathik Hebbar, Prajnesh Shetty and Deviprasad Shetty were present at the press meet.
