Mangaluru: In what could be termed as moral policing, a couple belonging to a different community were allegedly beaten on Wednesday here at Ullal.

It’s learnt that the couple was spending time at Someshwara beach in Ullal. Meanwhile, a group of youngsters – reportedly right wing activists – took the couple to task.

No case has been registered in the police station.
