Udupi : Deviprasad Shetty, JD(S) District President said Modi has no right to invite JD(S) supremo Deve Gowda to Gujarat  because he don’t have a family except  his hidden wife.”Let him first build an ashram for himself which he very badly needs after losing the election,” he said adding Modi by commenting on Deve Gowda has hurt the sentiments of  six crore Kannadigas.

While speaking to the media persons here on Monday  April 14, he stated  that the only party eligible to rule the nation is  Third Front as the national parties are most corrupt and a curse for our country.”Both the Congress  and BJP candidates here are unworthy. The  strategies of Jayaprakash Hegde is not new and moreover there are internal politics going on in the party. He cannot win election as there are people indulging in leg pulling within the party,” Shetty added.

He said BJP candidate  Shobha Karandlaje can never stand for women because despite being a minister  when Manipal rape case happened,  she did nothing. Shetty also charged both the BJP and Congress of being communal and playing with the religious sentiments of the people.
He said the only option available before the voters in the constituency is JD(S) candidate Dhananjay Kumar, who is non-corrupt and one of the able leader who proved himself .
