Mangaluru: Police have arrested the accused in the stabbing case reported from Ullal on Tuesday October 19.

Harish, a 42-year-old man, was stabbed in the chest with a sharp object by an assailant.

According to sources, the accused, a teenager from Uliya, had a brief argument with the victim Harish over his disruptive behaviour. This was the trigger for the attack.

Harish had filed a police complaint a few days earlier accusing the youth of causing a disturbance in the area while intoxicated state. According to sources, the accused wrote an apology but maintained his unruly behaviour.
