Mangaluru: An Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police from Mangaluru East Traffic Police Station who was seriously injured in a road accident succumbed to injuries on Friday March 18.

The ASI, Sadashiv had met with a road accident a few days while on duty. He was soon admitted to a nearby hospital.

However, on Friday he passed away not responding to the treatment due to grievous injuries.
