Mangaluru: Mangaluru South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath visited the Boloor area, which was sealed down by the district administration after two positive COVID-19 cases were reported from the area, on Friday, May 1, and sought the cooperation of the public.

After visiting the area, Kamath said that milk and grocery items will be delivered to the people’s doorsteps. “A total of 135 houses are there in the Boloor area and all should cooperate with the district administration. No one should violate the seal down guidelines,” he said.

Kamath also informed that when ASHA and MPW workers visit the homes to gather details of relating to health, accurate information should be given to them.

Local Corporator Jagadish Shetty, officials of Smart City, Asha and MPW workers were present during the MLA’s visit.
