Bantwal:Puttur MLA Shakuntala Shetty on Tuesday September 3 visited Vittal town to review the development works that are under way.
MLA Shakunta viewed the underground drainage works that are undertaken by PWD, as Rs 2 crore were released by the state government to develop the road from Kallakatta till the Vittal church. She also advised MESCOM officials to shift the electric poles that are precariously located besides the road and also instructed PWD officials to complete the drainage works at the earliest.
