Mangaluru: Due to the heavy rains lashing the coastal region a massive landslide occurred near the tunnel on Kulshekar-Padil stretch of railway track falling under the limits of Southern Railway on Friday July 16. The railway department had constructed a retainer wall near the track, the huge amount of mud from the landslide fell on the tracks.

Railway workmen are on the job of removing the mud from the tracks.
