Mangaluru: In Dakshina Kannada District’s Naravi Village of Belthangady Taluk on Tuesday night, a 23-year-old motorbike rider was killed after his two-wheeler hit a tree.

Santhosh, a resident of Arasikatte in the Village of Naravi, was the accident victim. When he lost control of the bike, he was going to a store close to his home. The vehicle hit a nearby tree. It is learnt that after being seriously hurt, Santhosh was brought to the hospital by the people, but he passed away en route.

According to reports, a case has been registered at the Venur Police Station.
