Mangaluru: In a video captured on CCTV camera, money was stolen from a cash drawer in shop at B. C. Road on Tuesday October 11.

A CCTV footage shows a thief snatching money from the shop of Sandeep, owner of a tyre shop in front of the Taluk Administration Centre in B. C. Road. The owner of the shop, Sandeep, came to stop a car in front of the shop. The thief taking advantage of the time he left the shop, immediately entered the shop, opened the cash drawer and took away Rs. 10,000 in cash from the same. When Sandeep returned after vacating the car which was parked outside, the cash drawer was opened. A case of missing cash came to light when it was found to be suspicious.

The CCTV camera was immediately checked and it was found that the theft had taken place.
