Mangaluru: Mangalore University Vice-Chancellor Prof. P. Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya has been honoured with the ‘Bharat Ratna Pranab Mukherjee India’s Visionary Vice-Chancellor: 2022’ award.

Recognising his contributions in the field of education, taking note of his research and extension activities, ‘Rethink India – a platform for nurturing countless active communities in collaboration with academy, industry and government for national excellence’, has given this award to the Vice-Chancellor of Mangalore University.

The award ceremony was held on Thursday December 15 at Civil Services Officers’ Institute, Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi in dual mode (online and physical). Prof. P. Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya received the award online.
