Mangaluru: A goods rickshaw driver was killed in a traffic collision after his car hit a school bus near Malebettu in the village of Koyuru on the morning of Saturday December 23.

The deceased has been identified as Razzak (50), a resident of Pilichamundikallu in the village of Kuvettu.

A goods rickshaw was going from Belthangadi toward Koyyur when it collided with a school bus carrying children from Koyyur to Ujire.

Two more people, Hanif (48), of Pilichamundikallu village, Kuvettu, and K. Mohammad (57), of Panakaje, were seriously injured in the collision and taken to a local hospital.
