Mangaluru: A man reportedly misbehaved in public after consuming ganja in Puttur of the District.

The arrested man has been identified as Umar Farooq, a resident of Kalladka in Kabaka Village of the District. It is learnt that, Farooq was misbehaving in a public place while Puttur Police Sub-Inspector Srikanth Rathod was on rounds with his staff.

When Farooq was medically examined it was found that he had consumed ganja. Acase has been registered at Puttur Police Station.
