Mangaluru: One person died and three others were severely injured in a road accident near Kudraya in Dharmasathala.

The deceased has been identified as Mahadev of Chennasandra.

According to sources, a family of ten was travelling to the Sharmasthala Temple when the incident happened.

A KSRTC bus headed to Mysuru hit the family’s vehicle and its occupants after the family had parked at a shop.

Seven others were injured, while one person died.

The injured are currently receiving hospital treatment at a hospital.
