Mangaluru: Heavy rains continue to lash Coastal Districts

Mangaluru: Heavy rains battered the Coastal Districts of the State for over a week.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning on Saturday July 16 and predicted rainfall over North and South Interior Karnataka as well as the Coastal Karnataka.

According to the IMD forecast, Belagavi, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga, and Kodagu Districts are expected to receive heavy rainfall.

IMD has also issued a heavy rainfall warning at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka.
