Mangaluru: A fatal motorcycle accident occurred late after midnight on Tuesday, January 23, on the Netravati bridge in NH-66. The collision with a divider resulted in the immediate death of the motorcyclist, identified as Suresh (30).
Suresh, originally from Bagalkote and residing at Kallapu opposite the Salafi mosque with his family, had worked as a mechanic at a Royal Enfield showroom in Mangaluru before opening his workshop. The accident took place as he was heading home after completing work at his workshop.
Suresh suffered severe head injuries, leading to his untimely demise. He is survived by his parents and sister. The incident is a somber reminder of the importance of road safety and caution while commuting.
