Mangaluru: The birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Bharat Ratna, was celebrated at the Bantwal Block Congress Office here today. Block Congress president Baby Kunder presided over the function. Bantwal Block Scheduled Caste Unit President Annu Khandiga lit the lamp and explained ambedkar’s biography and his concern for the Constitution at the meeting.
