Mangaluru: BJP candidate from Sullia Assembly Constituency Bhagirathi Murulya came along with hundreds of workers and submitted nomination papers on Tuesday April 18.

The procession started from Sri Rama Pete of Sullia, Former Chief Minister and Former Union Minister D. V. Sadananda Gowda started the procession by breaking a coconut.

Bhagirathi Murulya, who arrived with Minister Angara, Mandal President Harish Kanjipili, AV Theertharama, Shripathi Bhat Majigundi, submitted nomination papers. Election Officer Arun Kumar received the papers at the Sullia Taluk Office.

Tahasildar Manjunath, and Kadaba Tahasildar, Ramesh Babu were present on the occasion.
