Mangaluru: The Manager of a bar died and the pillion rider got critically injured after the motorbike they were riding skidded near Jeppinamogaru on the morning of Monday September 19.

The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Chikkamagaluru resident Pratap Shetty, who owned the Wine and Dine bar on Thokkottu Ambika road.

His cousin Abhi Shetty (22), who is also from Chikkamagaluru suffered critical injuries. He was taken to a private hospital in the City. According to sources, Abhi also works at the same bar as a counter boy.
