Mangaluru: In the wake of Assembly elections Former Minister is going to file his nomination as a Congress candidate from Bantwala Assembly constituency. B. Ramanath Rai on Wednesday April 19 met senior Congress leader, former Union Minister Janardhan Poojary and took his blessings. Also, he inquired about the health and well-being of the senior leader.

On Thursday April 20 at 9.00 am Ramanatha Rai will take out a procession from Bantwala Sri Venkataramana Temple with a large number of supporters, and at 12.35 pm, Ramanatha Rai will submit his nomination paper at Mini Vdhana Soudha.

In this context, he visited Janardhan Poojary’s residence in Bantwala on Wednesday morning and held talks.

People are shaken by the price hike. There is no one who speaks strongly about such things, Rai said. Poojary opined on this occasion that Ramanath Rai should win for that.
