Bantwal: A biker died on the spot after a pickup van rammed into his bike here at Kailar in Kavalakatte in Bantwal on February 3.

Ganesh Poojary (26) from Madar is the deceased.

The incident took place when Ganesh was heading towards Mangaluru. The pickup van moving towards Chikkamagaluru rammed into his bike and he died on the spot.

A case has been registered at Poonjalakatte police station.
