Mangaluru: Members of Magicians Mangala Magic Circle on Friday said that they will hold ‘Clean Mangaluru Campaign’ through magic jaatha on February 23, which is celebrated as National Magician Day.

Swarna Sunder told presspersons here in the city that the campaign will be inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner A.B Ibrahim at 3pm at the DC office campus. Besides, award winning magicians will perform magic in two trucks, followed by a road show.

At 6pm, magician Sagar will perform dangerous ‘Buried in Ice’ stunt in the open ground at Kadri. After the stunt, there will be a gala magic show by 15 magicians of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district at Kadri Swarna Kala Mantapa, he said.

Magicians like Prahlad Acharya, Pradeep Suri, Dr. S Kundar, Coorg magician Vikram Shetty, Prof. Pangala Shenoy, Lolaksha Jadugar, Sriranga Kamath, Samarth Shenoy, Mubeena Praveen Taj, Shama Parveen Taj, Mali sisters, Suresh and Sathwik Puttur, Vishaka and Vineeth Rai, Srikanth Indra and Sridhar will perform.
