Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada reported 454 new Coronavirus cases and 15 deaths, while Udupi reported 96 new Covid cases and one fatality on Sunday June 27.

According to the Dakshina Kannada district health bulletin, a total of 10,19,825 samples have been tested, with 9,27,960 finding to be negative.

The district’s overall number of positive cases has surged to 91,865, with 6,006 of them currently active.

On Sunday, a total of 641 individuals were discharged from hospitals, bringing the overall number of recoveries to 84,708.
