Land Links all set to celebrate 25th anniversary on Sept 18

Mangaluru: Coastal Karnataka’s leading builders and developers ‘Land Links’ is on the threshold of celebrating its 25th anniversary of Land Links Township on September 18.

Addressing a press meet, Krishna J Palemar, CEO of the company said that the programe will be inaugurated by Padmanabha B Acharya, Governor of Nagaland. Dr N Vinay Hegde, chancellor of NITTE University will be presiding over the ceremony and Derebail corporator Rajesh Konchady will be the chief guest.

The anniversary celebrations will begin at 9.30 am on September 18 at Landlinks Township ground in Derebail. Prior to the inauguration ceremony, a cultural programme has been organised on September 17 from 7.30pm onwards, informed Palemar.

On the occasion of 25th anniversary, two new projects Green Park-1 and Pinnacle A-B also will be inaugurated. Under the project Green Park 1, middle class families have benefitted with flats worth just Rs 15 lakhs. We have plans to construct 250 residences to fulfill common man’s dreams of owning a house at just Rs 10 lakhs in Kudupu, he said.

Land Links, which was established in the year 1981 by J. Krishna Palemar, deals in development of properties and construction of all types of residential and commercial buildings with a proven track of 35 years. Vikas PU College started by Palemar in Mangaluru is also one of the leading colleges in the state.
